There's a budget/audience for Netflix films about Newsnight but increasingly not for actual Newsnight (at least as we knew it) and cannot help but feel uneasy about that

I wrote tomorrow's episode of BBC Doctors , and after an 85 episode, 23 year career on the show, it will sadly be my last, following its unexpected axing. I'm very proud of some of the stories I've been able to tell. It's been a privilege.
