Never saw this coming! Heard about it from one of my grandkids, super excited. She tells me today it’s gone straight in to number 2 in the charts.Does this mean I’m in danger of being ‘cool’ at my advanced stage?

A big Thank You to Darren, not only for keeping the song alive but in bringing it to bigger and bigger audiences. I’m looking forward to performing it together next January when The High Kings take to the High Seas on my Tranquility Cruise.

Sad to hear of the passing of Jim McLaughlin,an absolute hero in the world of Irish soccer. I knew Jim since we were teenagers in the neighbourhood. His achievements in LOI are legendary, especially, for me, his steering Derry City to a glorious treble in 1989.A gentleman.

What a performance! What a reaction! What a crowd…..I wonder if we will be able to fit them all on our Caribbean Cruise in January or are we going to need a bigger boat!!!!!
