Happy for my client. This condo was not an easy one to sell. The complex was not FHA approved but we were able to get it SOLD for 420,000 Only 10k off of the asking price of 430,000 They were happy and so am I. Start to finish 59 days.

Inventory levels in the Conejo Valley for prospective buyers remain very low. Nothing new here. We have been in this type of market for years. Experts say this inventory trend will continue in most markets well into 2024.
