Der Ausbau erneuerbarer Energien verteilt sich ungleich auf die Bundesländer. Das wird oft als ungerecht kritisiert. Aber wie sollte der Ausbau auf die Bundesländer verteilt werden, damit die Verteilung gerechter ist? (Weitere Vorschläge gerne in den Drukos)
