The new living wage standard for Ireland has been revealed.
Living wage = €14.80 per hour.
Typical PhD wage = €7.88 per hour or less.

The PWO Ireland exec gave a briefing today in Leinster House about the current state of affairs for Irish PhDs and the significant shortcomings of the National Review of PhD conditions.
