The Red Cap of Liberty is the symbol of the 2024 Paris Olympics. In the early nineteenth century it was a radical symbol, worn by some at Peterloo in 1819 kmflett.wordpress.com/2022/11/16/the… via keith flett

We will be meeting in peace on Friday 16 August to remember those who died at Peterloo 205 years ago. We will read the names of the dead and lay wreaths in their memory at the Peterloo Memorial, in front of Manchester Central, at 6pm.

Reminder: Fri 16th August: gather at memorial for a prompt 6pm start. Decent amplification now sorted!
