After that book David Gemmell wrote the Trojan War trilogy but died before finishing the third book, which was finished by his wife

More of today’s trek through the forest. It was great to see a healthy population of Oak trees there. Not many Oaks reside in The Fens. Plenty of Weeping Willows but not much in the way of Oaks

A great day out today walking in a forest in East Yorkshire. Few things in life make me happier than being surrounded by nature 😊
