Programme of the day. August 26, 1979. Yorkshire Cup Rd 2. Batley 6, Leeds 29. Crowd: 3,719. It was 6-6 after 44 minutes, but back-to-back tries by Gary Hetherington, who also converted, got Leeds on top.
