Arthur is a 54-year-old who lives in Armenia with his wife and 3 daughters. In 2019, abdominal pain led to a diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic leukemia. Despite chemotherapy, the disease relapsed in 2022. His physician prescribed a costly medication that's unavailable in Armenia.
