Today I'm inspired by Mardea Glassgow and many other Liberian women I've met during my travels in the country. She is a leader in her fishing community and has recently invested in a new fish dryer. Now she smokes double as much fish as before, and earns double.

It was indeed a great honor to present the success stories of the Blue Ocean Program activities currently implemented in Southeastern Liberia to H.E. Dr. George Manneh Weah, President of the Republic of Liberia, at Sweden's 500-year National Day celebration today.
