Blessed to have a district that allows us to purchase bigger and better equipment for our students! Badminton is always a hit! 🏸🏸

60+ girls in one class, 12 girls to a court, 6 3v3 games going on. We are still getting everyone involved no matter what. Thats how we do it in Permian Girls PE! 🏸🏸

Our first week of weights have kicked off and the girls are enjoying this new experience! The students will have their own folders to track their workouts. They had the chance to design and personalize them.

Weight/Resistance training has been a hit! We are starting to gather our data and figure out how to properly execute different movements. Proud of my girls!!!

Today we are practicing active recovery with yoga. Yesterday we added some weight and had a few alternate assignments. No matter what everyone is engaged. If you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life. ❤️❤️

“Coach I can do more weight!” I’m so excited for these girls challenging themselves and increasing their weight.

Finished up our weight lifting unit today. We also had a guest appearance from Crystal Thank you for coming and speaking to the girls about the importance of health and fitness. 💪🏻❤️

We utilize our PE classes to get all of our students CPR Certified. We have well over 150 girls that will be certified before Christmas Break!
