Following the meeting this morning the entire outdoor season in Swansea will be delayed for 2 weeks, our green, plus others, are not playable yet. There seemed to be few ideas as to what the exact problems are, but we know where to find people who do! All yours.......

So, the latest is that the green (and Morriston Park and Hafod Park) will remain closed until June 1st!!!!
The SBA is coming up with a plan to temporarily (hopefully) rehome the 6 teams impacted, including us. 😞😣

Better weather yesterday allowed more work on the bank renovations.

Due to the recent continuous rain we’ve been advised by AbsoluteGrassCare to postpone scheduled opening of the green from Monday 15th April to Monday 22nd April. Unfortunate, but important to take care of the green in it’s vulnerable condition. All good things to those who wait…
