Great entries for the Hard Boiled Egg History Competition! Winners were Charlotte Yr7 for Charles Dick-eggs and the chimney sweeps, and Evie Yr9 for Eggton John and Mi-shell Obama. Runner up - James Yr7 for Gegg-his Khan. Staff winners -Kiss, and Egg-aleio (Gallileo)!

The whole of Year 11 watched a performance of 'An Inspector Calls' on Thursday in school. The performance was followed by a hot seating session and Q&A. Hopefully this was great revision for their forthcoming literature GCSE examination.

On Friday 15th March, three teams of students from Yrs 7 -10 competed in the Rotary Club Technology Tournament, at Neston High. The students worked hard and had fun with the very tricky challenge doing us proud. Our intermediate team won their category - congratulations to them!

Egg-cellent competition:

Seth is enjoying his work experience with the Housekeeping Team at Arrowe Park Hospital's, A&E Department. Josh is kindly showing him the ropes. Seth is an expert on getting around the hospital now!

Form 7RLA are organising a Year 7 movie night to raise money for planters. The film will be held in the main hall on Wednesday 27th March straight after school. It is £1 per ticket and that includes a bag of popcorn!

Spring is here and it's time for this year's hard boiled egg history competition!

Ms' Hinch, Platt and Hartley, all managed to complete the Liverpool Half Marathon last Sunday and then smile for the camera at the end! They said it was a tough run, and want to thank everyone who helped them raise £475 for Clatterbridge Cancer Charity. Well done ladies!
