This made me cry and is so true. My career was in early years and I ended up lecturing. Those I taught and those who work in the early years must be valued and given opportunities to train. Their job is absolutely vital. Come on Bridget Phillipson more must be done.

Here here. Senior schools need to work more closely with primary schools in order to help children to make that huge transition easier and an overhaul of early years is badly needed. The government Bridget Phillipson needs to work alongside academics who understand the early years.
