The same goes for the half shields on the players’ helmets. We need to make sure the visor is secure on the helmet so it doesn’t move.

Today we had a good practice and afterward we had some time to just check our players gear and make sure everything is ok. We do this on a regular basis. We are very lucky to have a nice set of ⁦CHANNELLOCK®⁩ tools.

Using the multi ⁦CHANNELLOCK®⁩ screwdriver with a flat head and a Phillips head makes things easier when tightening goalie cages.

It’s important that we always check the players’ helmets and visors. In this case, this helmet has a full shield.

⁦CHANNELLOCK®⁩ has a really nice utility knife that we use to clean up the skate holders. They get nicked up during practice and games. So we use this utility knife to clean up the nicked up plastic on the holders.

We have been using all kinds of different ⁦CHANNELLOCK®⁩ tools and these are some pliers and diagonal cutters: tongue and groove pliers, adjustable wrench and High Leverage wrench. They all come in handy when doing repairs to our travel trunks and sometimes cutting plastic.

This is the top of a ⁦CHANNELLOCK®⁩ Diagonal Cutting plier that we use to cut thicker plastic to make protective pads for players gloves, pants and other things. The great thing is they are made in Meadville, PA!
