Linking in with our topic ‘Cynefin’, we worked in pairs and groups to create our local village. We had to consider the aspects we would need to include, such as types of houses, buildings, roads and fields that surround our school. Gwaith tim da pawb 😊👏🏼

As part of British Sign Language week, we participated in an online BSL workshop. We learnt how to sign greetings, the alphabet, colours, family and animals #SignLanguageWeek British Sign Language

Earlier in the week as part of our Jigsaw piece ‘Healthy Me - Emergency Aid’, we worked in pairs and groups to practice using the ‘Recovery position’. We took it in turns to be the casualty and the rescuer. I was very impressed 😃👍🚨

What a wonderful and special experience! Decorating our own Easter cards and hand delivering these to Glan-Yr-Afon Care Home. It was a pleasure interacting and meeting some of the residents. We will definitely be visiting again!😃🐣👮‍♀️ @GPCaerphilly

Debate time! Our topic of debate…. ‘Living in the Welsh valleys has more benefits than living in a City like Cardiff’. There were so many valid arguments for and against… what do you think? ⛰🏙

Today we created Freeze Frames based on main events from our current study of a Welsh Myth. Excellent use of body language and facial expressions. Da iawn pawb 😃👏🏼

Another fantastic Heddlu Bach workshop today with our supporting officers @GPCaerphilly We even had the opportunity to try on a range of Police uniform, whilst also playing team games 👮‍♀️👮‍♂️

.Pengam Primary During Outdoor Learning we explored the school grounds looking for a variety of flowering plants to photograph. We used the app ‘Skitch’ to carefully label each part. 🌺🌹🌺
