Why do our children live in constant fear of dehydration? I spent my entire childhood without carrying an ounce of water on my person but my kids are treated like beached orcas.

Rod Bowar, Greg Dean, Bryan Roth, and Mark Shlanta, all working in South Dakota telecoms, made tremendous connections in their communities. Their absence will be felt by many, but their legacies will last for generations. I honored their lives on the House Floor yesterday.
