For our yearly March employee reviews we were denied wage increases and received reviews based on overall store performance using scores from a system that Peet's no longer even uses. The reviews were inaccurate and unfair.

It's amazing how ugly your store can look when corporate takes down EVERY SINGLE DECORATION for 'company wide store streamlining.'
Additionally interesting how our store seems to be the only one streamlined to this extent.
