We have resolved the earlier reported issue with the ATLAS manage submissions feature. This has now been re-enabled for all regions. We apologise for any inconvenience experience

We are currently experiencing issues with the ATLAS, manage submissions function. For the time being this function has been disabled for all users, apart from users in Australia/New Zealand. Our team are urgently working to restore this function and we will further update soon.

We experienced an outage on our UK server this morning between 10:25 and 10:40 which resulted in users not being able to log in and timeouts when saving. We are investigating the cause and apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused our users.

We experienced an outage with our US service between 6:55 and 7:15 EST, the issue has been resolved and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused our users.
