PEDC and the City of Pearland joined the Levey Group yesterday for the groundbreaking of the Levey Logistics Park in Pearland’s Lower Kirby. The 38-acre business park will offer two class-a tilt-wall multi-use office-warehouse buildings totaling 661,000 square feet.

Situated at the SW corner of BW8 and SH 288, Lower Kirby is a prime example of strategic economic development. 15+ years of dedicated effort have transformed it into a hub, attracting industry leaders like Endress+Hauser, Lonza, & more.
