WOD 42 - what's your weakness in flexibility? Mine is my hips so did a Live YouTube follow along this morning! Didn't know this was a thing 😱 pick you weakness and find a yoga flow to follow along even if its only a wee 15 minutes 😁 better than nothing!

Set a goal, worked hard all of lockdown and I've been welcomes as a Calisthenics coach with an awesome team! So pleased! 😍

Help? As a qualified PE Teacher, I have taken on the task of coaching Calisthenics, do I need specific coaching qualifications/gym instructor/pt coaches to be able to do this? I know there will be some legality, can anyone give me some advice?
