2nd year of our spring wheat disease nursery is on track with diverse germplasm, advanced breeding lines and our mapping populations. My PhD students Ahmad and Tapish are leading the research with Agronomy undergraduate Jackson, who is learning all the nitty gritty of research!

Today I learned you can just spray mRNA on plant leaves and they'll make proteins. New preprint just sprayed a bunch of green florescent protein mRNA on different plant leaves and found signal.
