Thanks Black History Ottawa for your invitation to the opening ceremonies of Black History Month. Once again, it did not disappoint. "The work continues" is a powerful reminder. Black history is not just something we reflect on it's something we live, build, and shape together.

It’s incredible to think that Law Enforcement Agencies around the world have raised over $1 billion to support Special Olympic athletes. Good luck to these 7 athletes and 2 coaches heading to the SOWMYA in Turin Italy. Thanks you Special Olympics Ottawa for allowing me to meet this group,

It was an honour to meet Sach Latti who attended Ottawa Police HQ to kick off the next leg of his run across Canada in an effort to bring awareness to Mental Health and raise a millions dollars. Events like this remind us that no one should face mental health struggles alone.
