Following on from yesterday’s dressing up more social history with the ubiquitous hospital fundraising parade. No clues apart from Roberts the photographer and a pub selling London Stout

Today’s black cloud task, typical collateral damage when you buy a job lot. I’m ok on the postcards but what on earth do you with the rest? Dump them on another dealer seems to be the obvious solution. But then you start actually looking and maybe there’s something interesting….

We're struggling to date this great sketch from Florence Fremantle of a production of Romeo and Juliet. We think it's most likely from the late 1930s to the early 1940s, but we're not sure which theatre 'The Regent' was referring to! Any ideas?

He may be young but it looks like working life has already started for Reggie. He’s very smart in this photo so probably staged for the camera but can anyone identify what his job may have been?

Some good examples of the daily chatter on cards, the precursor of social media for the price of a stamp. My only challenge is to find a home for them, are there any Grimmette family members out there? 3/3
