After 30 years of covering high school sports for the Post-Dispatch and STLtoday in a variety of roles, my time came to an end yesterday. Thanks to all my co-workers and the coaches, ADs and athletes I worked with over the years. It's time for a new opportunity.

I want to thank everyone for their kind words and show of support following my job loss last week. I was touched by how many people, some I don't even know personally, sent me messages. I am seeking new opportunities and am available now to shoot sports and more.

Good news! I'm back to work! I lost my job after 30 years at the Post-Dispatch/STLtoday in late January because of cutbacks. After 7 1/2 months, I have found a new job. I am the traffic reporter for KTRS Radio 550 AM. Things are great at KTRS and I am glad to be back at work!
