Earlier this week I had the privilege to award Mohawk College News Everyday Hero Awards to members of the Centre for Teaching and Learning Innovation team. Congratulations to Vishal Pathareddy Appanah, Alison Dunn, Shantal Woolsey, Judith Orogun, Dawn Danko and Ridhima.

It was my honour to present the 2025 Mohawk College News Award of Excellence in the Faculty category to the family of Lisa Pender. Considered a trailblazer by many, Lisa was a champion of mental health and wellness at the college, and her impact will be felt for many years to come.
