What a weekend we had for the Canadian National Championships🏐 Our Senior Men successfully defended their title to win the two in a row out at Burnaby Lakes Rugby Club. A fantastic achievement for all involved🏆 Thank you to Van GAA, Burnaby Rugby Club & the City of Burnaby🇨🇦

Logging into X these days is literally like a Russian Roulette game, you don’t know what you’re gonna see or read on your feed anymore. Or better yet, what’s real and what’s not. 🤷‍♂️

I understand the logic of trying to speed the game up but we’ve changed rules before to be like Aussie Rules & now we’re essentially changing it into a massive Basketball game. I’m near 40 and play in goals, but I may as well forget playing with these new rules 😂 #GAACongress

Looking at the carryon from the Irish election it’s clear to see there’s a serious divide in people. Some just don’t want to see the Country do well anymore & are happy enough for family members to travel to Canada & Australia, start families & watch them grow up over FaceTime 🤷‍♂️

Vancouver is not the same place as it was when we arrived 10 years ago. These things are becoming more and more common because of negligence on part of the local governments which means it’ll continue to happen unfortunately. Hopefully those hurt in this survive and are ok 😔

First training last night of the year, in absolute bits today. Tried tracking it on Strava to show off the stats but my Apple Watch thinks everytime I tackle/get tackled I’m in an accident & wants to call 911. In fairness at times I needed an ambulance but that’s cos I’m unfit 😂
