UCD PLAN’EAT team members Lauren Devine, Patrick Elliott, BSc, MPH, and Abbie were delighted to attend the Sustainability Society’s Climate Chats event last week, where Dr Eoin Galavan spoke about climate change, eco-anxiety, and what we can do about it. Eye-opening and inspiring! 🌍♻️
Since some still can't grasp why KETO-CTA has frustrated the cardiovascular & nutrition science community so much, maybe a meme can help. As per Dr Anna Borek's updated graphic. > "most stable NCPV" > "1 decrease" > distribution of NCPV change as shown

Thanks so much for sharing, UCD School Ag & Food! I am honoured to receive this award from Nutrition Research (Elsevier), alongside Dr Tori Holthaus. I would encourage others to submit their work to Nutrition Research (Elsevier), as I was very impressed with their thorough peer review (which improved my paper a lot!) 😊
This is a tremendous video by Simon Hill MSc, BSc (Hons) I find it hard to imagine someone watching this in good faith and not agreeing that the Keto CTA, and its utterly dishonest communication, was anything but an embarrassment. youtube.com/watch?v=FkdsOx…
The world’s leading ultraprocessed foods researcher Kevin Hall left the NIH because of censorship from this administration. Instead of his UPF work being supported and promoted, it was censored. MAHA prefers pre-made conclusions instead of supporting high quality UPF science.
