The Supreme Court decision in Dobbs v. Jackson is a destructive setback for ob-gyns and patients. However, we’ll continue with unwavering resolve to support all people who struggle against interference with the patient–physician relationship.

A “never event” is something hospitals are held to for “public accountability” It should never happen because if all do out part, it won’t (e.g., an infection you get in the hospital when you came for another reason) Hospitals are penalized if they happen.

It is a great day in San Francisco when the entire trauma team is made up of women providers. The faculty, fellow, resident and NPs. We are all in great hands. #ILOOKLIKEASURGEON, @UCSFMSS, UCSF Surgery, Amanda Sammann, and her team doing great things!
