It's a shame a park we use all year round is mostly out of bounds for us at the moment due to the long grass now everywhere, especially for a dog who likes to explore & sniff which is enriching, grass seeds get everywhere... eyes, ears, nose etc, too risky to walk here

Also both parks local to where I live are litter ridden due to increase in footfall, I've never seen Stanley Park look so bad, lots of split cans which get mowed over (another risk) wondering if Liverpool Streetscene Services Ltd frequent the parks more often in the summer? If not they should do

What an absolute disgrace Bold St is now, it's Feral. Also noted the decline in the Castle St area last time I was in town - which isn't often nowadays - the city centre just seems like one big boozy hell hole.

A generous benefits system? BBC Radio 4 we are having to support a family member with monthly bills & had to take on finance for this family member to get dental treatment as they are suffering with constant headaches due to grinding teeth from anxiety #getreal

A half truth & a convenient narrative when the other half of the issue is due to budget cuts. It's one thing the grass not being mowed but why are all the weeds not being cleared from the pavements? The city looks scruffy weeds & overgrowth thriving everywhere #greenwashing

Running out of places to take Logan for a walk (besides the beach) every park is overgrown & FULL of fleas with the long grass, I brush Logan after a walk & last yr I was getting one or two fleas off him the other day I got 15 after walking in Everton Park!

Hi Liverpool City Council Liverpool Streetscene Services Ltd Liverpool Parks can you please advise when spraying of weeds takes place in parks, specifically my two local parks Everton Park & Stanley Park, when & how often, thanks.

What's the solution to this problem? Obviously people should pick up their rubbish but some don't so knowingly the council mows over cans & turns them into dangerous objects left for a small child or dog (or anyone for that matter) to stumble upon...
