Seriously though, Why doesnt Jamaica have a specialist hospital for burns? Or at least 2 hospitals with burn units. WHO will have to die for this to become a reality?

What I would love someone, anyone to answer is how can a school that has an infant department, graduate students at grade 6 who cant read? They have the children from at least age 5 (7 years) & could not get them to read. Something is wrong with leadership at the school level
