Day 1 of vacation eating was an (as always) delicious breakfast at Patisserie 46 - quiche Lorraine, coffee, and pastry to die for!

Just tried Patisserie 46 blonde and regular caramels and oh wow are they good! Not surprising since that's how I feel about all things P46!
