A confirmed tornado in Lamar County, Texas has prompted a Tornado Warning until 2:45 a.m. in Red River County, Texas and McCurtain County, OK. It is moving E at 40 mph. Watching this for potential impact in Little River and Sevier counties in AR. #ARWX #ARStormTeam

As rotation with the Tornado-warned storm is weakening, the NWS has opted to issue a Severe T'Storm Warning & not a Tornado Warning in SW AR in Little River, Sevier, & Howard counties. 60 mph wind gusts and penny to quarter-size hail are possible. Moving ENE at 60 mph. #ARWX
