The remains of the late Right Honourable Dr. Saulos Klaus Chilima, Vice President of the Republic of Malawi is lying in state at Parliament in Lilongwe. The State President, Dr. Lazarus Chakwera has led the nation in paying their last respects to the late Vice President.
