Kluane National Park and Reserve is planning a small (37ha) prescribed fire in the Alder Creek area next week. This fire unit sits along the Mush Lake Road approximately 5.5 km from the Haines Road. For details: ow.ly/tIgl50TbJw8

Built during the summer and winter of 1912 for the Canadian Klondike Mining Company, Dredge No. 4 was designed by the Marion Steam Shovel Company to mine for gold. You can visit Dredge No 4 at Klondike National Historic Sites daily until September 22!
