CPS' failure to bus students to magnet and selective enrollment schools hits those who depend on school buses the most: low income and Black families.

We think CPS may have picked schools for phase 2 busing based on bell times- the below schools all have later starts. Perhaps this is in order to have drivers available after completing an earlier shift transporting students with disabilities.
