Yesterday, we took part in Remembrance Day moments of reflection. This week, we will be creating poems based on remembrance in our English. We used the poem ‘Alive with Poppies’ to help us draw on key themes and created this amazing digital art work. #pdaart

We used AI to help us generate an image of Pangea. We then used adjectives to describe the environment using our phonics knowledge to support our spelling🦕 #pdahistory #pdaict #pdaenglish

Today we used number lines and numicon to consolidate our understanding of ordering numbers to 20. Great job Year 1! #pdamaths

We’ve begun a new English topic learning about the fictional planet of Pandora. We are learning to use scientific language to form a Non-chronological report about life on this planet. To discover more, we spoke to a carefully constructed AI chatbot about the planet. #pdaEnglish

As part of our rivers unit in #pdageography, we looked at the most famous river in our country, the River Thames. We found out where it starts from (the source), where it ends (the mouth) and which sea it flows in to. We also found out what people use The Thames for 💦🏊‍♀️🚣‍♂️🛥️
