Saw this amazing photo today by Julia Margaret Cameron Pallant House Gallery. She was criticised in her day for poor technique but she *chose* to print from this broken glass plate. She valued the effect. And in the process produced a thoroughly modern photograph.

This week some Y11 students went on a trip to Chichester. This supported their Bronze Arts Award and Design GCSE studies. They visited Pallant House Gallery to see exhibitions on Rana Begum and Maggi Hambling and The Novium Museum to see some authentic Roman mosaics and the history of Sussex.
