I was stuck in a training bottleneck for 3 years and told none of those years spent working in my chosen speciality, publishing research, teaching, gathering skills or learning to lead would count toward training. Something must change. I do not exist for service provision.

The dictionary defines superlative as ‘of the highest kind, quality, or order; surpassing all else or others; supreme.’ I define it as Jamshid. As a rep, as a leader, as a man, as a friend. He is of the highest kind, quality, and order, supreme.
