Supported doctors across Yorkshire with navigating their rotas, pay and increasing exception reporting of unsafe hours or lost training opportunities. Revitalised their JDF in Hull to fight for better locum rates, safer rotas and ensuring doctors are paid for handover. 2/3

Spotlight: East Midlands Successfully fought to reverse multiple punitive ARCP outcomes to ensure doctors were not unfairly penalised for taking strike action. Proposed and led the name change from junior to resident doctors. 1/3

Spotlight: Thames Valley Lobbied the postgraduate dean to reduce rotational training, increase run through training and to protect doctors’ training opportunities from PAs. Secured additional support for incoming placeholder FY1s who were late to receive their rotations. 1/3
