Was privileged to recently attend my first international conference, INQUARoma2023. A fruitful opportunity, having met so many incredible researchers and learning of their projects. I recently completed my PhD pre-confirmation seminar where I proposed my research project in palaeoecology. I’m hoping to analyse changes in vegetation pre & post-British Invasion on Butchulla Country at K’gari, and understand whether these changes have influenced fire regimes!
