RIP Ashraf. A great and underrated player taken too soon…

Everyday we hear horrible sad news from Gaza. But this hits very very hard. It was an honor coaching this respectful young man. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family. Ashraf will be sorely missed. We will dedicate this season to his memory. Allah yerhamo.

Ashraf was with the Palestinian baseball team when they traveled to Pakistan for the their first international tournament in January 2023. His teammates are heart broken by the news

Very sad news. Ashraf Murad was on the Palestine roster for the West Asia Baseball Cup that had a historic result and finished 2nd and secured Palestine their first ever Asian Championship spot.

Our ace Steve Mufareh won best earned run average of the tournament and most wins. He’s only 19-years-old. He’s the future of our program. The young gun had a 0.00 era and went 2-0 during 13 innings of work at the Asia Baseball Championship.
