I totally agree. The NBA is concerned about the integrity of the League but they partner with companies without integrity or at least cause us to question their integrity.

That wasn’t the best NBA Dunk Contest I’ve ever seen but the energy and enthusiasm for the event was way better than recent years. Lots of positivity and encouragement from the retired players. NBC’s coverage just really shows how bad the coverage had become with TNT.

I have very little faith in Adam Silver to make the draft better. He changed the format in 2019 and it has done little to stop tanking or his complaining about tanking. So, here are my 4 ideas (that are better than anything I’ve heard Silver suggest): 1. Eliminate multiple

Pascal plays the most minutes on the team and is out there giving it his all every game but because the Pacers decided to rest him and the other starters 1 time, while the other team did the same, they get a fine. It was also the 2nd night of a back-to-back and the 3rd game in 4

Adam Silver basically pleaded the 5th about an organization skirting the salary rules, and was excited for a player who is now sponsored by a gambling website, but he doubled down on fining the Jazz for winning a basketball game. The NBA, it’s FAAAAAANTASTIC!

This is because the game was available on NBC. Greater availability leads to more views. The games were competitive and the format caught people’s attention but the announces were really into the game and they cut out all the unnecessary theatrics and side shows. No Kevin Hart,

Myles Turner leaving the Pacers hurt in the short term but it actually couldn’t have turned out any better for the Pacers. šŸ™ŒšŸ¾

It’s an All Star game. It’s just a fancy pickup game and it’s meant to be a fun break for the players and the fans. If they just contest shots, that’s good enough for me.

I’m sitting here trying to figure out how the NBA can institute a Thundercats ā€œTrial of Lion-Oā€ type gauntlet of challenges to determine which tanking team should have the first pick in the draft.

This is partly correct. The big markets can’t sign any big unrestricted free agents because they don’t have the salary cap space available to go after them. It’s more because of the new cap rules and second apron and not because those teams/cities aren’t attractive. Trades are

Wow! I need to watch the highlights. Bennedict Mathurin is going to continue to go off. Especially after Kawhi gets suspended. šŸ˜‰

Here’s what a lot of outsiders don’t understand about this pacer season. The Pacers WERE trying to win through the first 41 games. They were playing Pascal, Nembhard, and Nesmith heavy minutes and were 9-32. Not having Tyrese, Obi, Myles, and Nesmith ruined the season. Then there

This is so true. Flattening the odds just made more teams want to stay in the lottery and avoid the 8th seed. Adam Silver won’t admit that and no one was brave enough to ask him about it.
