Today, Filipinos celebrate the appointment of Jerome Ibarra as the first ever matron of Filipino descent Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. He brings huge honour to the Filipino Association of Gloucestershire, Filipino Nurses Association UK, and hundreds of hardworking Filipinos in our Trust. Kudos!
