A green paper on unity was included in the 2020 FF manifesto.

Rather than talk of a Citizen’s Assembly, an old fashioned Green Paper scrutinised by the legislature is what is now needed to stimulate discussion of a lot of these issues. Next month there’ll be another paper published by eminent academics saying the polar opposite to this one.
