Top down games: If it's meant to feel adult and serious, normal real proportions work. If it's meant to feel cartoony, normal proportions suck as it doesn't convey the expressiveness of the characters. Big heads, super-deformed, etc works best. We need to see the EYES from afar.

Weird how on some very rare days I can go and say I feel "normal"again. All 5 senses working, less existential dread. Lasts a few minutes or hours. Just a physical nostalgic feeling of sorts.
