Excited to present our #PancreaticCancer stromal subtyping work at the PDAC Stromal Reprogramming Consortium meeting today in Ann Arbor Michigan with Yeh Lab Xianlu Laura Peng Susan Tsai, MD, MHS! Had a lovely dinner last night with other U01 sites at Zingerman's roadhouse. Big thanks to the organizers
Fantastic keynote by Shah Lab at PDAC Stromal Reprogramming Consortium consortium meeting on hypoxia, lipids and gases in cancer. Thank you PascaLab Lyssiotis Lab timofran for inviting Dr. Shah for this meeting.
Now online in Cancer Discovery: #SpatialTranscriptomics of Intraductal Papillary Mucinous Neoplasms (#IPMN) of the Pancreas Identifies NKX6-2 as a Driver of Gastric Differentiation and Indolent Biological Potential Marta Sans Escofet Anirban Maitra MD Anderson Cancer Center doi.org/10.1158/2159-8…
New one in Cancer Discovery from the Anirban Maitra Lab! Check it out!! aacrjournals.org/cancerdiscover…
So happy to have our study now out in Cancer Discovery!! We used #SpatialTranscriptomics and COMET imaging to spatially profile IPMN lesions of the #pancreas and identified NKX6-2 as a previously unknown transcription factor driving indolent gastric differentiation.
The Visium spatial transcriptomics data of human and murine IPMN samples from our Cancer Discovery paper is available at GEO for download at: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/geo/query/acc.… Hopefully will be useful to the #PancreaticCancer research community. aacrjournals.org/cancerdiscover…
