Not going to lie after two (and a half) episodes I was still waiting for Gugu Mbatha-Raw to appear in #TheWarBetweenTheLandAndTheSea but the penny has dropped. I imagined the actress behind Salt as being someone half her age and tiny, but apparently GMR is under 5ft4 so, I guess.

Friday’s episode of The A-Team had warnings that it was unsuitable for children and contained offensive depictions. It was set in LA Chinatown but the only thing I could find was George Peppard saying “we want you and your whole pond of Peking ducks out of this neighbourhood”.

I watched The Pickwick Papers (1952) in the October of 2022 and recorded that it was “alright” BUT in the October of 2024 I began reading the Charles Dickens novel again, finished it in May, and thought I should watch the film again. An hour in it’s pretty damn good. Upgraded.
