Year 2 have been inspired by the book "A Walk in London" by Salvatore Rubbino to write our own guide to London. We have written and illustrated our books over the past six weeks. We tried hard to include lots of interesting facts and interesting vocabulary.

Year 2 created their Aboriginal Dot Paintings after learning about this ancient form of art. They were inspired by Australian wildlife and they used their knowledge about colour symbolism to design their artwork.

Y6 visited LondonBuddhistCentre today to consolidate their RE topic of Buddhism. They impressed us and the staff there by demonstrating everything they’ve learnt.

And the dust has settled on another Y6 leavers’ production. We were all blown away by Y6’s dedication, passion and talents in their adaptation of Romeo & Juliet. They stepped up to the challenge of learning the original language and delivered an outstanding performance. 🌹 🎭 🧪
