So proud of my daughter for standing up for what she wants and what she believes in!!!! To be excluded from an opportunity solely based off of gender is wrong! I have previously coached a female football player and she remains a valuable part of our football family.

Thanks for getting the message out WGAL. As parents, we all want our kids to have the strength to stand up for what they believe in. She believes in equality! We urge the Archdiocese to follow the precedent they set when allowing a female athlete to play football from 2011-2014.
