The Panthers were on fire at today’s Loucks Games! A 4th place medal in the discus for Aiden Kayizzi, Etai Nunberg tied the PHS record in the High Jump with a leap of 6’2”, and the boys 4x100m relay(Esposito-Nanaj-Horigan-Horigan set a new PHS School Record of 45.09!

Gannon Traymore unleashed a 💣 at today’s Section 1 Hammer Throw and Javelin Meet, taking the gold in a new PHS Hammer record 176’4”! Aiden Kayizzi added a bronze in the event and Angela Zheng took Class C gold in the girls hammer! Pleasantville Athletics

Huge day at the Suffern Invitational for Julian Giebelhaus, who took the win in the Sophomore 3 Mile race! Medalists for the day included Mikko Cascardo, Mikey Salvati, James Vukelj, Alec Cochran, Julianna Zaino, Clara Shingler and Catherine O’Brien. A great day to be a Panther!

2 years ago Gabby Chuchuca turned an ankle and missed out on the post-race fun at Six Flags. This year, the Panthers braved all-day rain, dropped numerous PRs, and the Girls Varsity and Boys JV both collected 3rd place team plaques! And Gabby finally made it into the park!!!

Pleasantville XC takes both the Girls and Boys League Championship titles! Clara Shingler took the win, with 8 girls earning All-League honors. Julian Giebelhaus led the way for the boys, who saw 7 runners earning All-League and 5 earning All-League Honorable Mention! Way to go!
